We had an amazing stay in London we didn’t spend a lot of time in our room. For what we need was perfect just overpriced

Liked: Central location, very comfortable bed and I liked the pillows. For what we need for 2 nights was perfect. Overpriced

Disliked: Small room and bathroom. The view at the back of the building is not nice I had to keep the curtains closed.

    Liked: The location.

Disliked: Half the lights in the room did not work. The shower was dirty. It was a double room but was so small there was room for only one chair. The only lights working were ceiling lights which shone in your face while trying to read in bed. There was only a bedside table on one side of the bed. I asked for another room and was shown one where again only half the lights worked, there was no chair, just a stool. When I insisted on being shown a room that was more suitable for two people I was told that would cost me an extra £30 a night. I stood my ground in the face of three men at reception who were rude and intimidating and eventually got another room. This claims to be a four star hotel but is not. The toiletries were dubious and no dressing gowns. They also take a £50 Security payment when you arrive which is given back up to five days later. This is not mentioned until you actually arrive at the hotel. Not a great place to stay.

Liked: Beautiful, comfy and good location. The staff were lovely

Disliked: The shower easily flooded the bathroom but not an issue if you have the pressure low

Liked: Great location, spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Coffee machine, iron and ironing board in the room.

Disliked: The room was very small and there was no space in the bathroom to put anything, not even a place to put a toothbrush and tube of toothpaste, never mind a wash bag!

    Liked: Great position. Clean

Disliked: Staff distracted and a bit vague. Room was cramped. Extractor fan in bathroom did not work. Feather pillows (although these were changed on request)
