Liked: Great location small but lovely rooms good breakfast provided. Lovely staff
Great stay with kids, very clean and friendly, great location
Liked: Very clean and comfortable, staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Lots ely to the children. Breakfast was great, would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: A little noisy in the corridor early in the morning (0700hrs), but think that was more other unthoughtful guests rather than the staff.
Disliked: I was not given the room I booked for.

If you want to stay near Paddington for a short stay…this might be ok
Liked: Great location…right near Paddington Station.
Disliked: I was put in the basement… noisy…hear workers outside most of the day.
