Liked: Location was good, staff friendly and price was good for London.

Disliked: Room very small. Not a suprise given price and was fine and me and my 2 daughters only had rucksack each. There would not have been space to open even a small 10kg suitcase.

    Was not a pleasant stay

Liked: Location and close to the train station

Disliked: Is old, the bathroom smelled like septic tank, horrible, the furnitures were super old, nearly space to walk with your luggage, a narrow stairs. Taking a bath was a torture because of the smell in the bathroom. Thanks God it was only one night.

Good for a night tranzit near Victoria Station

Liked: Perfect for a night stop over in tranzit, the room was clean and quiet, with real walls. We could rest very well, after we asked the Reception for the heating to be turned on. There was a cattle and coffee, tea provided in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very good, close to the Victoria Station. There are many nice pubs and shops in the area and the beautiful buildings and private gardens of Belgravia just round the corner.

Disliked: Extremely small room, even though it was a triple room. There were two of us and to move around the beds was tricky. One had to go into the bathroom to allow the other to move in the room. The room was at 1st floor - access to and from it with the luggage was difficult on the narrow stairs.

    Decent hotel for the money!

Liked: Reception was very friendly, beds comfy and clean, mugs rather than cups with the kettle was a highlight. Great location, one tube away from the West End. Good little hotel for the money!

Disliked: Rooms are very cramped, no lamps or sockets near the beds. The shower pressure was poor. Window was too high up to close, so it was a bit cold and noisy.

It was a very disappointing and appalling experience

Liked: Almost everything did not go well. The only exception was the kind lady at the front desk.

Disliked: Gross misrepresentation of the room conditions - a suitcase could be open only behind front door blocking the exit, extreme noise & broken fixtures, wardrobe heavily overhung over a 1 bed blocking the narrow walkway to the second bed.
