Very good
Great
Liked: Quick service
Disliked: The lights so few
Good hotel
Liked: - location - the staff was very helpful - a maintenance was going on and I’ve been remembered due to the noise - size of the room perfect
Disliked: - the bed creates noisy sounds - the furniture needs to be renovated
Mediocre, staff friendly, but overall service could improve, prefer mini bar to be full ready
Liked: 1421 room number the floor had bits on near mini bar as though it has not been hoovered properly. Staff should only knock on doors which have a sign on door saying clean room otherwise the guest is disturbed. Inconsistency in timing of cleaning left to go outside the Hotel in the morning came back in the afternoon room was still not cleaned, housekeeping needs to improve. Waited to long in bar area ground floor to get served despite sitting long time and other guests coming in after us I then had to raise my hand to draw attention to staff chatting behind the bar not observant enough, keep and eye or you could lose a sale!
Disliked: The ironing board in the room is very cheap quality very flimsy and when you press clothes although it has a heat resistant cover on you can still see the grill marks on the clothes after finishing pressing it is not what I would class as part of a luxury collection which the Hotel claims to be. Had to continually ask for water a basic commodity!
I will always rebook in the park tower as I have very good memories going back 30 years

Liked: Very bad guest service specially Sophia very rude Russian lady!! She should get a professional training course on how to deal with customers looking down on people if it wasn’t for all the Arabs booking in this hotel the income would drop badly so deal with your customers with respect
Disliked: This was not my first stay at Park Tower, which is why I was especially shocked and disappointed by the way our situation was handled this time. We arrived on time for check-in, but we were told that we would have to wait approximately three hours if we wanted all of our rooms on the same floor since we booked 4 rooms in total. We understood the situation and declined to wait, so we accepted the alternative offered by Sophia: two rooms on the same floor and the other two rooms on a different floor. However, after we agreed to this arrangement, Sophia informed us that this was no longer possible and that each room would have to be on a different floor. This was extremely frustrating, particularly because we had already agreed to the alternative she initially offered. What disappointed me even more was the way she dealt with the situation. Her response was not professional or accommodating, and I felt that our concerns were not taken seriously. I have stayed at Park Tower before and have always expected a certain level of service, which unfortunately was not reflected during this stay. I was also very surprised to be told that five rooms could be given a late check-out until 5:00 PM. This makes no sense from a hotel operations perspective, especially when guests arriving on time are being asked to wait several hours for their rooms. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. There are many professional hotels in and around that we can choose from when we visit London, and unfortunately, after this experience, I will be reconsidering staying at the Park Tower again. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews how this situation was handled, as this is certainly not the level of service I expected from the hotel. The hotel curtains were ripped off and I asked for a nespresso machine in the room but never so it for the whole stay
