Very pleasant & comfortable stay. Perfect base for resting your head at night

Liked: Very good location, our room was very quiet and staff friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Breakfast could be improved- very small choice and yogurts not in fridge.

I struggle to understand how this hotel has 4 stars

Disliked: The room I was allocated was in the basement and no natural light. I asked to change rooms which was done for the second night. However, the facilities in the second room were inadequate. The ironing board had no cover and the sink in the bathroom had no plug. Breakfast was served late and the bacon was not proper bacon but some kind of substitute. Plates and cutlery were not available in the first instance.
