Liked: Close to trains,plenty of options for food etc.As a solo female traveller I was a little worried when I arrived and found it was above a pub. But the rooms have a locked separate entrance with keys and codes. I was grateful for the staff who helped me carry my heavey luggage up the stairs as there are no lifts. Once in my room could not hear any noise from the pub.I would stay again if I needed to be near Paddington station as its literally across the road.

As expected, accommodation in a superb location
Liked: Accommodation was as expected, Breakfast was most enjoyable. Staff were friendly and were quick to arrange suitable seating arrangements
Disliked: Carrying my wife's suitcase up the flight of stairs

Comfy and great location
Liked: Rooms were great, some people may think a little small.but storage etc. was plenty. Definitely upgraded electrics with plenty of charge points. The location was excellent with Paddington station tube and main line connections. Being above the pub was outstanding. The pub has been there a long time and is comfortable and cozy.
Disliked: Two minor points. The stairs to the second floor are small and steep and pose a little challenge with larger luggage. In the room one can hear the rumble from the tube. We had no problem sleeping.
