  Liked: Hotel in excellent condition, the room has probably been refurbished recently. It's located very centrally with lots of restaurants and shops around and within walking distance of everything. Lots of attention and care from all the staff. Room was a decent surface for a London hotel. Excellent value for money.

  A solid, clean and cosy, good value for quality solution to be in the middle of London, within walking distance to shopp

  Liked: The hotel has a great location just around the corner from the picturesque Charlotte Street, full of cool restaurants, pubs and bars, close to Oxford Street and Soho too, but without the nightlife buzz of those under your windows. Our Signature room was exceptionally clean; in fact, it looked and felt new, including the bathroom. A very cosy, functional room. Two windows showed nice views. The reception staff were polite and friendly.

  Disliked: There was construction work at the hotel, and the building was covered by scaffolding. We had no idea about this fact before our arrival. There is currently in functional toilet at the reception, lobby area. The staff has to accompagnie you to one of their room upstairs, when they have time. Otherwise you suffer there. It felt weird but let's hope it is really a temporary problem due to renovations.

  A very comfortable stay in a beautiful, well appointed and well located hotel with great staff

  Liked: This is a brilliant hotel in London, I can't recommend it highly enough and will go back for sure. The location is just perfect, close to a tube station, pubs, shops, restaurants, thriving Oxford street etc, but still very quiet. The rooms which have been recently renovated are elegant, and just beautiful, roomy for London, well appointed, large bathroom, excellent bathroom products. It had a kettle, cups etc. to be able to make tea/coffee in need. Right over the road from a great little pub. The bar & lounge areas in the lobby are also beautiful and very comfortable. Over and above the beauty and comfort of the hotel was the service, and kindness of the staff, especially Vasco. My short trip turned into a longer one unfortunately due to an accident, he helped us extend our stay, accommodated our additional needs as best as possible, ensured we had everything we needed despite being in such difficult circumstances. The other staff we encountered were also friendly, helpful and kind.

  Disliked: Would have liked the rooms to have a fridge, not a deal breaker though.
