Good hotel to visit the museums

Liked: The breakfast was really tasty and there was lots of choice and all the staff were lovely. Was nice to have a fridge with water and plenty of tea and coffee. The room and bathroom were very clean.

Disliked: The room was tiny as was the bathroom and still had a shower curtain. You had to pay £15 to use the pool, spa and gym which wasn’t clear at the time of booking.

Excellent hotel. I look forward to my next visit

Liked: Everything was of a high standard: the room, an excellent breakfast, the location and the very helpful staff.

Disliked: I suggest that the use of the Spa and gym should be complimentary to the hotel guests.

Perfect location to attend the BBC Proms Concerts

Liked: Great location for our stay, near Royal Albert Hall where we attended the BBD Proms Concerts. Breakfast is traditional British fare sausage, bacon, eggs, beans, mushrooms and tomatoes.

Disliked: Hotel is expensive but so is all of London.
