Liked: Excellent Location, Great Value, and Wonderful Staff! We had a wonderful stay at The Resident Covent Garden. The location is fantastic, with shopping, restaurants, and major attractions all within easy walking distance. The hotel is also reasonably priced, especially considering its prime location. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a convenient mini-kitchenette. One feature we particularly appreciated was the Brita water filtration system fitted directly to the faucet, eliminating the need to purchase bottled water throughout our stay. Such a thoughtful and practical touch. A special shoutout to Donna, who checked us in and was incredibly friendly and helpful. She gave us some great shopping recommendations, which we really appreciated. Tommy, who assisted us during checkout, was equally kind and accommodating. He offered to arrange a taxi to Heathrow Airport at a fixed rate, which turned out to be cheaper than Uber! We really appreciated his thoughtfulness and assistance. Overall, The Resident Covent Garden offers an excellent combination of location, comfort, convenience, and value for money. The friendly and attentive staff made our experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London at the covent garden location.

Disliked: Lighting in the room and near the wardrobe with the mirrors can be a bit better and brighter.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at The Resident Covent Garden. The location was excellent and made it very easy to explore London on foot. The staff were one of the highlights of the hotel — everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. The room was a little small, but it was comfortable, very clean, and had everything we needed. The room was also kept spotless throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a very good experience and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Disliked: Honestly, we really liked everything about the hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Covent Garden and very close to the theatres, restaurants, shops, and many of London’s main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was always very clean and comfortable. The only minor point would be the size of the room, but we upgraded and were given a larger room, which worked very well for us. Overall, we had an excellent stay and really have no complaints. We would definitely stay here again.
