  Liked: Fantastic service from all of the staff. Great breakfast and the little touches in reception and with the mini bar that was replenished. Fantastic location, not far from the London Eye and other major locations. Area very safe. Would stay again.

  Disliked: Family room looking a little tired, stains on carpet that could do with being removed. The room we were in 660 - there was lot of noise which seemed to start around 7a.m. and one of the evenings didnt stop until after 10p.m. not sure if we were next to some sort of service lift, couldn't quite work it out. Only a couple of times it actually disturbed my sleep.

  A beautiful hotel to enjoy a short break

  Liked: We would definitely stay here again. Everything about our stay at The Royal Horseguards Hotel was exceptional, from the moment we arrived. A special mention must go to Pervez, the doorman, who was an absolute gentleman. The respect, courtesy and genuine warmth he showed towards me and my two daughters made us feel welcome from the very first moment. He is a real credit to the hotel and sets the standard for outstanding customer service. An excellent hotel with exceptional staff. We look forward to returning.

  Liked: The bed was comfortable, the pillows were not. The breakfast was superb. The rooms are very clean.

  Disliked: The rooms are dated and the carpets at the entrance are stained room #544.
