Would book again in a heart beat

Liked: My mattress was second to none. Fabulous sleep! Quiet room, quiet hotel. Staff were so attentive and willing to do anything for the guests. Food was good and plentiful. Loved the self check in. All rooms were clean as were the common areas. Had a lovely view over St. Katherines Dock and Tower Bridge is right outside.

Disliked: The bathroom, although clean and a great shower, is showing its age. It was a high step over the bath to get a shower although the water was just the right amount of hot. Shower curtain had marks on it.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Lounge and outside bar was fun as well. Location is fantastic.

Disliked: room needed updating. Tub felt dangerous to get in and out of. ( I'm 65)
