    Exceeded expectations

Liked: Staff were excellent. Incredibly personable and couldn’t do enough for us. Hotel was modern, clean and rooms very well equipped. Comfortable beds and quality bedding.

Disliked: Bath towels could be larger!

It was good but not excellent

Liked: The location is great and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating

Disliked: One thing that surprised us the most was when we asked to have twin beds instead of one double bed we were told it’s an extra £100 charge. We also booked a message at the spa. A 60 massage for £150 which was as overpriced the massage wasn’t good.
