  Great location

  Liked: Quiet location close to Victoria Station. Very comfortable bed.

  Disliked: We booked via Booking.com so not eligible for complementary breakfast which we would’ve been if we had booked direct. If we wanted breakfast it would cost us £15 each. Seemed a bit unfair.

  Liked: The staff were very attentive, polite and helpful. The towels in the bathroom are large and soft. The choice of breakfast was good.

  Disliked: The bedrooms are tired. The room I had bore no relation to the photos on line. I had a superior room. If that is superior, I dread to think what standard would be like.

  Liked: Complimentary breakfast was not complimentary - despite it being on our welcome note and plastered all over the lift. Staff well unhelpful when we tried to book it and said it was a mistake
