Great for a mum and daugher trip to London

Liked: I was traveling with my 6 year old daughter and the welcome was warm on arrival. We were treated to a complimentary upgrade to a family room which was beautiful and my little one loved sleeping upstairs in her own bed!

  Deceptively sold an upgrade

Liked: The front of house staff were wonderful and went out of their way to be polite and helpful. The location can't be faulted and the size of the room is perfect for a solo traveler.

Disliked: I paid extra for a room with a "window and a street view". The window was flush against the bathroom wall and let in a narrow strip of light, blocked in by buildings facing inwards. It looked nothing like the images shown on the website when paying extra.
