Liked: Great location, a few minutes from Queensway Underground, over the road from Kensington Garden. Easy for Oxford Street, Marylebone, Bayswater, Notting Hill
Disliked: Bed was a bit soft; we were in the nearest room to the lift so we could hear some noise early in the morning. I've tried to book this hotel again 3rd week of November - midweek - +£100!
Excellent location
Liked: Staff was very polite, welcoming and super helpful.
Disliked: Room was too small. Room day to day cleanliness could be better. Bathroom was too tiny. Bathtub took long to drain when showering.
