  It was great

Liked: It was clean, convenient and the hotel staff were very friendly.

Disliked: We didn’t have any shower gel or soap and only realised this whilst in the shower. Also, the bath plug didn’t work so ran a bath and the water kept draining.

I’m happy to find slippers and a robe in the room!

Liked: It was clean and quiet

Disliked: I did not like the kiosk check in when staff was not available. The passport scanner did not work making the check in fail and had to re do at the reception counter

wouldn’t recommend the hotel, location is perfect, but the hotel itself isn’t

  Liked: the location is perfect

Disliked: very dirty, the floor in the room is so dirty and grimy, the bathroom is dirty, mouldy and not maintained, the room wasn’t cleaned nor were the bins etc emptied, no housekeeping even after requesting, There was a humming noise from the bathroom, which would only disappear after turning th tap on and flushing repeatedly, basically, I have stayed in better premier inns at a fraction of the price
