  Lovelly flat, shame about room location and tubes

  Liked: Location, staff were amazing

  Disliked: Advert on booking.com said city view - we had a ground floor room with no view. Didn’t look like anything the pictures on booking.com. Also the flat may be sound proofed, however you can feel the tube trains underneath the ground floor.

  Disappointing

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the hotel staff wasn’t polite and professional (especially at the reception). We travelled with the 13-year-old teenager and, in the morning, we asked to put the birthday cake in our room later that evening. We would pay for the cake. But reception team said that the request should be made 48 hours in advance. The hotel definitely serves desserts, why they could not provide the small cake/dessert 10 hours later? Another important issue – cleanliness. The couch in the room, the toilet and the bad side were not clean.

  Liked: The Hotel staff were warm and friendly. That's where the good part ends. The Hotel is 4 star. We booked the Hotel for a Spa and Wellness weekend and a Twin double bed room for us to share. The Twin room was clean and modern. But they pulled a double bed apart to give us 2 of the smallest single beds I have ever seen and if you rolled over, you would hit the wardrobe. As a result we certainly didn't have a good night's sleep. This significantly reduced our enjoyment at this Hotel.

  Disliked: First and foremost the Spa is next door to the Hotel, so you need to go out in the street in your dressing gown to receive your treatment - this is for treatments only. There isn't a wellness centre available. So there isn't a Steam room, Sauna or Jacuzzi available. No Gym facilities also. Last, and not least the breakfast was nothing special. Sadly wewon't be booking a return visit.
