Travelodge London Excel
Liked: We arrived at the hotel and my son who is a huge aeroplane fan asked if we could possibly have a room with a view of the airport. Tia was so lovely and welcoming. She managed to sort the perfect room. We have travelled from Devon and had been stuck in some horrendous traffic to arrive to the nicest of Welcomes. The staff have been amazing. Tia and Julla especially looked after us so well.
