Functional; not special. A bit amateur on this occasion and just not quite polished enough

Liked: Location. Room layout and size. Wonderful bed.

Disliked: Our room wasn't cleaned on first day and it was a bit of a palavar to sort that out. The Nest bar is not great. The welcome is a bit cool, service is slow (but pleasant when it comes) and the cocktails are really below average. Also, my reservation direct with hotel was hacked and they didn't seem that alarmed and still haven't confirmed if my data was breached. I have stayed here several times previously and always loved it. This time felt below par. Functional - not special.

Liked: Good location, nice views, lovely decoration

Disliked: Staff is not up to standard, lacks organisation and probably the right tools. My room type was not available, they wanted to charge me for drinks on a day I didn't even stay there. I had dinner one evening, ordered a cocktail, some starters and a main course. All the food came at once and my cocktail came at the end. We arrived at 7.15pm and were done at 7.50pm...
