  Great Stay

  Liked: We always stay here for ComicCon and it is lovely, perfect location. The staff is great, its clean and very well looked after. The rooms are comfy and has everything you need. We arrived very late the night of our stay and the lady waited for us for check in and was so friendly.

  Disliked: There is no mini fridge in the room we had for our stay, which ultimately is not a problem but if you do have drinks you want to keep cold it is not ideal.

  Clean, comfortable and great value for money!

  Liked: Great value hotel for central London Lovely big bar/breakfast/seating area. Comfy beds and pillows and clean, quiet rooms.

  Disliked: Rooms were a little bit cramped and quite warm with no option to for fresh air - but that’s being picky! For the cost per night we couldn’t really go wrong. Once we figured out that we couldn’t access any floor apart from our own! (we were a large group staying on different floors)

  Gorgeous stay

  Liked: Staff warm and welcoming. We very kindly upgraded as it was my daughters birthday. In our room we had a hand written birthday message and delicious chocolate brownies. It was a really lovely gesture and made a lovely start to our weekend. The room had amazing views and the bed was really comfy. The shower products were really lovely. And the room was topped up daily with fresh water and towels. The whole hotel was spotless and had a gorgeous smell running through it. The breakfast was gorgeous with lots of variety. And a lovely restaurant to sit and enjoy our food. It was a fab location and a super easy to get around. We will definitely stay again and will recommend.
