  Liked: Location was excellent, staff amazing. Apartment suited our needs perfectly

  Good value for money, everything we could need!

  Liked: It was very cosy and spacious. It came with everything we could need. It’s located very close to the DLR and Elizabeth lines so it was easy to get around London. The area felt safe and calm. Security was also always positioned at the bottom of the building.

  Disliked: The bathroom could be given a lick of paint as it didn’t match the rest of the property in terms of cleanliness. There was also a mattress in the wardrobe of one of the bedrooms, we put this underneath the bed but it should have been moved prior to our stay as it was blocking the wardrobe and hard to get out.

  Great location, below average apartment

  Liked: Fantastic location just meters from the ExCel centre. Great communication, flexible conditions, and well stocked kitchen.

  Disliked: Beds were extremely uncomfortable, pillows were terrible, mould in the bathroom, broken shower handle which was not fixed after notifying the owner. No heating/cooling.
