Very good
Very loud due to Victoria train station
Liked: Staff offered a friendly welcome, was clean and most things worked.
Disliked: Room backed into the train station, trains ran until about 12.30am and started again at 5am, unfortunately it was too loud for me. Window was broken but was informed. Bathroom was a little small. Missing good quality bed linen, this could be an easy improvement. Wardrobe was not suitable for hanging clothes.

Liked: Proximity to Victoria train station, less than 5min walk
Disliked: Pictures published on booking.com are misleading! They dominantly present large and street facing room. The other room, facing the station and dormitories is extremely small and very noisy - hundreds of trains a day/night just about 20 yards from the window...
We had a very relaxing and convenient stay. We would definitely love to come back in December!

Value for money
Liked: I liked the location, it's 3mins walk from the victoria coach station and 10 mins walk from Victoria train station. That's the best part and it's value for money
Disliked: The room was too small for two people, the bed mattress was not comfortable at all and very hot during summers.
Not a great welcome
Liked: Proximity to public transportation was convenient
Disliked: It was hot and not adequate fans. Staff was unfriendly. I got there earlier than my indicated time, which was communicated through booking.com but seemed like the info did not get to them. The stuff was rude and unfriendly and it took a lot of patience to eventually get a word in. I had to go to a restaurant close by to wait for my check in time. This having been my first time in the region left a lot to be desired.
