Liked: Really friendly staff. Great location. Good comfortable bed.

Disliked: Room was fairly small. Its an old building, so it walking around made a lot of noise. The bathroom smelled a bit moldy. There is a giant billboard across the street, they spend a lot on rly good curtains, but it still almost lights up the room at night

  Mixed bag

Liked: Great location, especially for West end shows and comedy clubs. Central for all tourist attractions too.

Disliked: Shower head fell off, and was unusable. Desk/shelf was hanging off wall ( not very secure). Building work taking place in hotel was noisy.

  Perfect Location

Liked: Perfect Location for exploring London. Leicester Square Underground station less than 5 minutes walk away. Friendly Staff. Well equipped room 👌

Disliked: They have a sign in reception saying they will charge £10 per item for storage before and after checkout. I have never seen this in a Hotel before.
