Exceptional
Liked: Evening meal great
Disliked: Break fast was disappointing
Liked: The staff were amazing, so friendly and professional in particular Gollam and Veronica! The rooms were so comfy in particular the beds and bedding 10 out of 10. 'Roast' restaurant was superb. The food was amazing....delicious and high quality. Again the head chef was so friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast and a dinner, outstanding!
Disliked: We are reaching here but could have done with a couple of hooks in bathroom for towels etc.

A great place to stay and comfortable
Liked: Everything about the hotel from check in to check out was met to a high standard - thank you. Kind and courteous staff. Managed a slightly early check in which was very much appreciated after a long journey. The pillows and bed are just super comfy - best night sleep in a long time.
Not recommended
Liked: The property was beautifully designed, very modern yet, comfortable
Disliked: Exposed unfinished building works on the 2nd floor, the restaurant was newly opened and completely unprepared for hotel guests and not informed of the offers given by hotel reception to guests. The restaurant service was a let down and dampened our experience at this hotel. Misleading information on the facilities on offer, the rooftop pool and bar area are not accessible to those under 21 after 3pm. We didn’t feel particularly safe in this part of London. Highly unlikely that we’ll stay here again. Wouldn’t recommend for families with young children, the hotel is next door to a nightclub and no access to pool facilities after 3pm.
