  Pretty nice if you’re not a light sleeper!

  Liked: Nice enough room. Really quite nice bathroom with heated floor great wet room rain shower. Nice receptionists. Handy for the tube and whatnot.

  Disliked: Noisy street (rowdy people, cars, sirens). Little soundproofing. Every little noise in corridor heard in room and most from outside. Thin pillows all the same thickness etc. Not much place-space for your stuff. No decaf drink options in room. Polyester sheets maybe?

  Fabulous

  Liked: It was right beside the Tube. Walk out the door and there it is! The room was clean, toiletries provided - including hand lotion! Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bottled water and tea/coffee facilities. Sockets beside bed. TV. If you are in London and looking for a clean and comfortable room, it's perfect. With the proximity to metro, distance from various landmarks isn't an issue. Would definitely stay here again.

  Disliked: There were no instructions on how to use the safe - but a member of staff demonstrated when we asked, and came back again when we forgot the next day! Some might find the room small if travelling with lots of luggage and spending a lot of time in it but for us it was perfect.

  Amazing Stay

  Liked: The room was very spacious, as was the connecting bathroom, the walk in shower was a pleasant surprise. The bed was excellent, very comfortable, lots of pillows provided. The room was very clean and left all good impressions.

  Disliked: There was a bit of a bad odour from the drains in the bathroom, kept the bathroom door shut and the extractor on to minimalist this.
