  Ideal for a short break

  Liked: From the moment we arrived to the taxi pulling up to take us back to the coach station the staff were excellent, very helpful, polite and very well turned out (all were neat, tidy and smart in their uniforms) Having a proper coffee maker in the bedroom was a really nice touch.

  Disliked: There was not a great amount of space to unpack and store clothes in the room (there was no place to raise the suitcases off the floor to unpack them other than the beds, and we arrived on a very wet night so that wasn't very practical!) As it was only a short stay we managed, but for a longer stay it would have been a bit of a problem.

  Great place, just contact Booking.com with problems

  Liked: Clean, comfortable room, well-appointed.

  Disliked: I had to shorten my stay due to a family emergency back home, the hotel wanted to charge me for 6 extra nights. Booking.com staff helped negotiate a compromise.
