  Liked: The hotel had several shortcomings that made our five-night stay less comfortable than it could have been. There was no wardrobe or even hangers to hang our clothes, and there wasn’t a bin in the room to dispose of rubbish. On top of that, there was no cleaning service during our entire stay. I even sent a message requesting a rubbish bag and was told that the cleaning staff would take care of it, but unfortunately, nobody came to clean the room even once during our five days there. However, despite these issues, I have to say that the hotel offered an extremely good price compared to other accommodation options in London. Considering how expensive the city can be, I am still happy with my booking and felt that it offered good value for money. After all, when traveling, I spend most of the time exploring and the only thing I need is a bed and a shower at the end of the day

  A gap in the sash window let in freezing air and loud street noise, leaving us with only two hours of sleep. The miserab

  Disliked: The room had a sash window with a gap in the middle, which allowed cold air to flow inside constantly. Because of this, all the noise from the busy outside road was completely clear, and we barely slept for two hours the entire night. It was an absolutely miserable and freezing experience. This stay was a total waste of money, and I would never suggest anyone stay here unless that window is properly fixed. At this point, I truly wonder why I even paid for it, spending the night there felt like pure torture, and I believe I should be compensated for this experience.
