Guest reviews
Very good
A pleasant surprise in many ways, very good service
Liked: Tastefully decorated, super clean and tidy, had microwave and fridge too which are great for locations not offering food, yet very rarely seen. Very good lighting, and comfortable bed. Good ventilation too. And on-site parking.
Disliked: The only thing missing in my room was a chair, maybe it was borrowed in another room?
Brilliant location for Wembley
Liked: Room had everything we needed
Disliked: Could have been cleaner but wasn’t dirty just needed a few areas looked at more thoroughly
Distance was good but the cleanliness was not
Liked: The location was great for being near the Wembley arena
Disliked: During my stay there were ants all over the table and the bed. Apparently this is common for the room I booked (should’ve been warned beforehand) and they were unable to move me due to being fully booked. The staff cleaned the area with ant spray but this meant I was unable to have any food in the room for the rest of my stay as to not have the ants coming back. There was also a burn mark on the duvet and marks on the bottom of the bed.
Liked: Clean.
Disliked: Floors were slightly sticky.
Liked: All facilities is good, the place clean and look comfortable
Liked: Close to Wembley Park station. Rooms clean. Rates reasonable.
