  London trip

  Liked: The location was excellent, we liked the facilties of the fridge and cooking facilities, the bathroom was clean and tidy, the tv was in a good spot.

  Disliked: The bathroom was very small, the air conditioning didn't work and the little fan was ok but there could have done with a bigger one. The bed was a small double and could have done with being a bit bigger.

  Disliked: The name is misleading- it is NOT a Serviced Apartment. The bed is far too small. A queenside bed is required. The cheap Ikea chairs and table need to be replaced. The size is for children not normally Adult size. No sufficient toilet paper for 2 people for 6days & 6 nights.

The property operates a self-check-in system, and the apartments/units are self-serviced/self-contained. You will receive an email containing your arrival information via email 2 days prior to your arrival, sent at 2 pm. If you have booked within 3 days of arrival, you will receive your arrival information shortly after the booking is confirmed on our system.
