  Can’t fault

Liked: Everything - size, quality and what was provided

Disliked: Perhaps an umbrella in the room to deal with London weather

Great location and very comfortable apartment. The person at the front desk was very helpful

Liked: It took several attempts with the door code. Once inside it was easy to pick up the keys. Buses and trains a short walk away. Small supermarkets just around the corner. A great location! Could walk to so many tourist locations. Apartment was very clean and well equiped. Would stay again.

Disliked: Our kettle didn’t work on arrival and we tried to call the local concierge but there was no answer. The person at the desk very quickly replaced it the next day when we asked. The room information said that there was a clothes drying rack in the room, but there was not one. One was provided when we asked. Only a small double bed but room was not big enough to take a bigger one.

I love it and I can tell you, you should book this flat and you haves a beautifultime in London

Liked: It was a nice property. It was new and clean and the location is excellent

Disliked: The staff couldn't help that a cab service is fine and a little understanding of the control times because you've been using the apartment since 3:00 and leaving 10:00. I have a problem in the morning for my appointment with the control hours until 10:00. I was 20 minutes later, and a Stab lady didn't understand this little time later, and stayed at my door with angry faces.
