Exceptional
Central location, comfy room, great staff and great value for London
Liked: Central location, friendly and helpful staff, comfy room and good value for London
It is a superb place
Liked: The view was fantastic! The apartment’s equipment was modern, as was the furnishing of the premises. Laundry and workout facilities are also available if needed.
Disliked: - Nothing
Liked: It was easy to access in the hotel. The location and neighborhood is nice.
Disliked: The lobby has a strong fragrance. Not suitable for smell sensitive people.
Very comfortable
Liked: I loved how it has a kitchen and was able to comfortably have 3 people living in it. We were attending comic con at the excel and a week before coming our original apartment in Woolwich got cancelled. We scrambled and lucky Wilde apartments had space for us on such short notice. Such a blessing, they were so lovely and I will be coming back.
Disliked: Nothing honestly was really nice
Liked: Room cleanliness and design, convenient amenities, excellent customer service
Disliked: Location could be better for the price, but not the hotels fault
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean it smelt so nice and the staff couldn’t have been kinder
Liked: The staff were so kind and accommodating they also gave us complimentary breakfast. We loved the smeg appliances and the nespresso coffee machine literally had everything you needed. We’ve never stayed here before but will definitely be coming back
Disliked: The only points I would say is that - we felt there wasn’t enough lighting throughout the room - we felt we needed to slightly open the window but couldn’t - the shower - the stable one on top would drip when we just wanted the other on and it was quite hard to keep away from it so our hair kept getting wet
