  Liked: The location was fantastic! However, the room was quite small, and since it was underground, it was challenging for us to fit comfortably. Consequently, we had to pay an additional fee for a room upstairs.

  Over all, we handled it well

  Liked: Great location for us. Clean

  Disliked: The shower was slippery The stove was a bit of a problem No room for our clothes. Had to live out of our suitcase and no where to put them either.

  Liked: The staff were extremely helpful during my stay. Although the accommodation is small - it is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was fabulous.

  Great location for Covent Garden

  Liked: Staff lovely, location perfect for my disabled mum to also enjoy Covent Garden, very clean, beds comfy, plenty of towels.

  Disliked: The sink needed to be in the bathroom, and the bathroom was way too small /claustrophobic. It was a birthday trip for my 80- year old mum, and it was very inconvenient to have the sink in the bedroom with regards to privacy and also washing your hands after using the bathroom. The dishwasher kept 'pinging' all night with a flashing light which meant my mum got no sleep and was in a bit of a state the next morning. When I found out, I tried to turn it 'off' but the dishwasher started up, so I had to leave the door ajar, but it was too late by then. Couldn't work the microwave - no instructions. Lovely room but I would not stay again because of the bedroom-located sink and the tiny bathroom.
