Fabulous
Really comfortable and friendly hostel in a great location
Liked: A beautiful house in a great location close to town and supermarket right next door. We had a double room and the bathroom was nice and modern and clean with a good shower.
Disliked: Our only negative was someone drinking our beers we had left in the fridge.. but Juan was very helpful in speaking with other guests and they were replaced soon enough. Maybe we are not used to hostel living, so unaware of the etiquette…
Amazing experience
Liked: This wasn’t a hostel it was a home. Joel is an absolute legend and a gentleman. A group of us went as strangers and left as friends.

Liked: The Host is super friendly and if you needed anything, he was there in <5mins. The house is beautiful, you can easily meet new people, connect, sit on the terrace together - highly recommended for solo travellers. Everything is clean. Next to the Supermarket, close to the city center.
A peaceful surf hostel
Liked: We stayed in the apartment with a private bathroom, which had been recently renovated and was a great benefit. The room has older furniture, but it fits nicely with the overall character and vibe of the house. The shared kitchen is really spacious and well equipped, with two fridges and plenty of utensils, plates, and everything you might need. The host/owner also visited the property every day and made sure everything was kept nice and clean, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!
Disliked: Our room was located between the main entrance and the shared kitchen, which made it quite noisy, especially when other guests were using the kitchen or common areas. The doors are quite old and unfortunately not soundproof, so you could hear conversations and people coming in and out quite clearly. This is something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. The house itself is really nice and has a lot of potential, but I think some areas could be better organized and maintained, especially the outdoor area, which looked a little neglected and abandoned during our stay.
