  Great option for one or two night stay. Value for money

  Liked: Hotel was great for us to stay during NOS Alive. The value for money. Ok is not the best hotel but the price you pay is also great for internet, parking and breakfast.

  Disliked: The hotel is in the middle of a industrial area. Nothing to see around or walk around. Just sleep and chill. This is not bad, just set the expectations. The noise cancellation is not great. you can hear some some noise from the street or even inside the corredors. Breakfast area is small and is not funtional if many poeple go there at same time.

  Perfect if you’re ok with the location

  Liked: Modern and clean, decent breakfast and loved the comp drinks machine option in the foyer.

  Disliked: For most (business users) the location is probably great. But as a tourist it’s a long way out of the city with not many food choices close by. Good bus links close by though.

  Not even half the value would be fair

  Liked: The location. Very close to the main roads which was a plus for my needs.

  Disliked: I stayed at Flag Hotel in Sintra, and it was a very disappointing experience. The price is far too high for the quality of the facilities, room, breakfast, and service. The room was heavily worn, with degraded walls, a damp bathroom, and overall poor maintenance. The breakfast was very limited, and despite the effort from the staff, who were kind, they were overstretched and lacked proper training in handling guest issues. For example, I left a “do not disturb” sign on the door from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the room was never cleaned. When I complained, I was told it was my fault, and for 10 hours, no one checked if something was wrong. In addition, the bathroom had no emergency cord, which is a serious safety risk. Overall, the price is far too high for what is delivered. I do not recommend it. There are better options nearby, even if a bit more expensive. I will not return.
