Fabulous
Amazing location and comfy overall
Liked: Pros: - Perfectly placed for a five minute walk into Bath centre. - Quiet peaceful location - A nice size house for four adults with a comfortable lounge and well equipped kitchen - even had an air fryer! - Television with all the streaming services and some books and board games were a nice touch. - The towels in the smaller room seemed new - large and fluffy. - Parking space for one car. - Enough tea, coffee and milk sachets for about four cups, and some crisps and biscuits which were a nice touch.
Disliked: Cons: - Some light maintenance and a thorough clean is needed. The tap in the kitchen drips constantly and the wall lights in the lounge turn into strobe lights if turned on past the very dimmest setting. - The bathrooms all have carpets which are stained and look mouldy - these need replacing with Lino or tiles asap. - Towels in the main room were old and scratchy - Only the small bedroom en-suite has a shower you can use, but the baths are nice and deep. There were hairs in the baths and we had to clean them before using. - Strict instructions about separating rubbish and emptying bins but only one bag provided and none in the bins upstairs. - Finally, a lot of cobwebs everywhere in the corners of rooms made the place feel dirtier than it actually was. - Be aware - Although one great Parking space is available at the property there was no available on street parking and the Charlotte Street car park, which is the recommended nearest would cost £50 for two nights. Our friends dropped off their cases then drove to the park and ride where they could park for free if they got the bus back in. - There is only one key for the property, so you have to stick together! This could be such a luxurious place with a few quick fixes.
We had a very nice stay in Bath and the accommodation was fine for a night or two
Liked: Location was excellent, the apartment was very nice and very quiet
Disliked: We found the beds quite uncomfortable. The mattresses have lost support on the sides. The pillows were also a bit below par. Also received a request to strip the beds the night before check out, which I’ve not had before.

Liked: Great location, quite spacious but small ensuite. Good kitchen and provisions.
Disliked: Towels need to be updated.

Liked: Great location, walking distance to all the attractions and in a very quiet. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean.

Disliked: For our needs, twin beds would be better in the second bedroom
