  Great for exploring Bath

  Liked: Amazing location.

  Disliked: Gordon Ramsey restaurant was poor. Wanted to take a shower at 9pm and only got cold water; very disappointed about that.

  I couldn't recommend it highly enough - the staff team were all excellent

  Liked: The staff were excellent on arrival, really friendly and efficient. The room was really clean and the cleaners had prepped the room properly for three of us (sometimes when you book a family room, staff only leave two towels, two cups etc and so it's great to know the lovely room cleaning staff showed good attention to detail). The Podium parking spots are right next door to the hotel which was great as we had a few bags with us and it was raining.

  Disliked: Only a swimming pool could have made it better but that's obviously not possible on that site.
