  A lovely friendly hotel located in the heart of Bath

  Liked: The hotel is in the city centre so in a prime location for seeing all that Bath has to offer. The breakfast was very varied. We were warmly welcomed on arrival. We took the opportunity of leaving the car in the Lansdown park and ride using our bus passes. So much better than paying for the city centre car parks.

  Disliked: Unfortunately there was construction work being carried out very close to the hotel. This started quite early in the morning and was rather intrusive. The weather was nice which meant we opened the windows.

  Great clean central location, that doesn`t cost a fortune

  Liked: Staff were able to check us in approx 2 hours earlier than expected, so we could drop our bags.

  Disliked: Cooked breakfast was small, although there was a good choice of pastries and breads.

  Lovely stay here, would stay again if i came back to Bath

  Liked: Great location and the private hot tub was a nice touch too. We didn't eat here as it was a quick visit. Friendly staff and responded well to my questions before arrival.

  Comfortable sstay, exceptionally good breakfast choices, and very friendly and helpful staff

  Liked: Excellent location for our event, and for the Jane Austen House and Frankenstein museum
