  Stay elsewhere

  Liked: It really wasn't worth the very high price. It looks nothing like the photos. It's outside the town. They charge extra for everything.

  Disliked: No air con. No safe. No closet (just 4 hangers against the wall). Pillows were old and flat. Shower dripped all night (staff tried to fix it but ended up saying "you just have to wait until it stops dripping").

  Very disappointing

  Liked: At £300+ per night in Bath I expect basic amenities. This did not offer those. The only good things were the coffee machine and the fresh milk.

  Disliked: The bath towel was thin. There was a constant noise of water dripping that could not be fixed. The rooms in the basement smell of fried food because they're next to the kitchen. It's not 3 minutes walk from town: it was 10 minutes and I walk quickly.

  Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, very well located, beautiful, luxurious room with everything we possibly needed! The bedding was soooooo comfortable!
