  Liked: Good room / Good view / 10 mins walk to town, Parking ok & we had to leave car there at all times to guarantee parking, all good apart from "Spring Bed' when partner move or going to loo `'wake up" at times old Shower,

  Excellent overall; would use again

  Liked: Very well presented, large room, extremely clean, good wifi, parking on site, easy check-in, close enough to walk to town.

  Disliked: Nothing really. It's on the more expensive side but the room and facilities are commensurate with the cost.

  Great location, good host but not really boutique

  Liked: Location excellent. Owner very pleasant and informative. Nice to have a fridge.

  Disliked: Wouldn't really call it "Boutique". As an older building I can understand that upkeep is an ongoing challenge but some things need immediate attention. Toilet seat extremely discoloured brown. Extractor fan faulty and noisy. Bedside tables and kitchen unit need replacing. No window restraint- could be dangerous as it opened fully.
