  Very Pleasant!

  Liked: Very clean, staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Rooms were a nice warm temperature, beds were very comfortable

  Disliked: We couldn’t get our shower to work with hot water! An additional charge for parking on site!

  Liked: Location great to walk and use public transport

  Disliked: First 2 nights terrible sleep due to very poor mattress. Requested room change which eventually did happen so last 2 nights good mattress but window hinge broken so window not fully closed so noisy from road and wier.

Good to know

Due to the structure of the building, the Old Mill Hotel does not have a elevator. Wheelchair access is only available in the Rolling Mill restaurant. Parking is subject to availability and cannot be reserved. For advance purchase reservations, the credit card used for the reservation needs to be shown upon arrival. If this is not possible, a third party authorization form, copy of ID and copy of the credit card needs to be sent to the property prior to arrival. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
