  Nice enough but needs attention

Liked: Very good full English breakfast 😁🍳🥓

Disliked: Shower holder not useable, difficult to shower. Toilet constantly flowing after flushing. Main television no channels/Ariel not working. 4-poster bed creaks excessively with any movement. Bathroom needs attention, grout very dirty/mouldy.

Liked: There was a problem with my original room, but I received a free upgrade. The size of my room was great. The location was easy to find.

Disliked: The mattress on my bed was very uncomfortable, and it seemed to be a very old mattress too because it was so broken down that there was a large cavity in the mattress where people had lain.

Liked: Rooms were clean, staff friendly, breakfast was great!

Disliked: I’m tall so shower wasn’t tall enough without me having to stand away from shower head.
