Good for a short stay and could be lovely if it has a bit of a refresh

Liked: It’s in a great location right in the centre of Bath. The owner was very responsive and the cleaners were lovely and let us leave our bags in the flat when we arrived early

Disliked: The decor is nice but it’s a bit tired and in need of attention e.g. there was a crack in the window in the bedroom, pretty bad staining on the dining room chair, very chipped paintwork, cracked bathroom tile and a loose floorboard in the kitchen which sags worryingly when you tread on it!

Distinctly not as advertised!!!! I’d say it’s worth £40/nigjt, no more

  Liked: Its location.

Disliked: Cracked glass on windows, hole in the kitchen floor!! carpet pulled up and torn, cracked bathroom floor tiles, appliances not working, all walls severely chipped and in need of paint, no parking as advertised, dirty surfaces, severely stained upholstery. Grossly miss advertised!!!! I can not believe this disgusting accommodation is advertised on Booking.com

Comfortable place is middle of Bath

Liked: Super location in middle of Bath close to shops and restaurants. The 2 sofa beds and lounge fire made it very comfortable for the kids and we made good use of the outside storage after check out. We will definitely use again.
