  Excellent!

  Liked: Excellent location. Very good freshly cooked proper breakfast. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Also loved the sweetie bar…a very nice fun extra!!

  Well situated Hotel

  Liked: The breakfast was excellent, the location was ideal for visiting Bath The Bird Grill was good (but pricey)

  Disliked: The car park is small and quite complicated for parking and exiting... The windows in our room were not modern,so they let in draughts ( a minor point)

  Style over substance

  Liked: The Staff were very good helpful and knowledgeable

  Disliked: Style over substance. Looks good on the website but, Room was very small 3/4 mattress on a double bed base. Very expensive for what it offered, food was very poor and very expensive!
