Perfect hosts, fella who booked us in was brilliant
Liked: Location is perfect
Disliked: Little noisy but quiet after midnight, but the location makes up for the noise
Awful experience, don't stay here
Liked: The food was ok
Disliked: We were severely bitten by bedbugs. We raised this after our first night and were only offered a change of sheets. It took management over 48 hours to confirm this to us and even then we had to keep calling them for confirmation. This has meant that we now have taken bedbugs home and now have to treat our home. Really really poor response from staff and management to this and we feel as though we have been really badly treated with a total lack of respect shown to us.
