  Amazing

Liked: Absolutely fantastic little but not so little establishment. Beautiful grounds. I’m high end finishing in property. Lots of extras in there from the cutlery to fan, to iron and loads of other things we didn’t expect. Absolutely fantastic and will stop again.

Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great. A lot of effort made my the owner of this gem of a place

  Perfect Bath getaway

Liked: The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The cottage was spotless with everything you could think of to hand. Beautiful furniture and artwork and it felt so comfortable and homely. It was a perfect stay for us with our dogs. The hot tub was fantastic and the easy access to Bath centre was perfect. A truly wonderful stay.

Great location and hots, comfortable and the hot tub is perfect to relax after exploring Bath

Liked: Great location, easy access to Bath centre, and great pub at end of the road, but quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing break. A real home from home, lovely touches thought through with regard to decor and equipment, food basics in and Kate, the host met us with some fresh provisions, and was so welcoming. Hot tube was fabulous and a real bonus of the property. Thank you.

Disliked: Really hard to think here, weather was less warm than normal for this time of year and so we did have to use heating as property was on the cool side when we returned home, but it warmed up fairly quickly.
