  It was the treat we had hoped for

  Liked: There is a well-embedded and welcoming ethos throughout the hotel - from a visitor's point of view. All the staff we encountered established an excellent balance between courteous professionalism and friendly individuality. Daily breakfast and our two evening meals in the restaurant were of high quality, with care taken to ensure that my daughter and I were happy with all aspects of the experience.

  Disliked: While we understood the logic of the shared entry to our room and the adjacent one in the Pavilion, it meant that each entry and exit by residents in one of the rooms was disturbing to residents in the other.

  The best hotel I’ve ever enjoyed

  Liked: This was the best hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff are incredibly kind and the facilities are excellent. Nestled in the royal crescent the location is perfect to explore the city, truly beautiful views overlooking the city from the front or the gardens in the back. Interior design was chic from the rooms to the communal areas. Breakfast was great. I can’t fault it, we had a perfect stay and attribute much of our experience to the excellent staff.

  Disliked: Literally nothing, I can’t fault our stay here.
