  Bath Stay

  Liked: Had a wonderful meal and served by a very pleasant bar person called Jamie. Very polite and professional. Would definitely return.

  Couples weekend away

  Liked: Rooms basic, but very clean, very close to everything so a good base Breakfast wasnt as good seemed a little understaffed, eventually after asking replenished the hot stuff but had to hang around abit as told busy Would be nice if it was checked and not have to ask a couple of times as different stuff wasnt replenished Overall an ok stay, as very convenient to Bath Centre and nice grounds around river etc Jamie on reception was so nice very polite and nothing was too much trouble a very nice person Would stay again

  Bath Waterside - Great Location

  Liked: Excellent accommodation in a well appointed picturesque part of Bath near the river not far from the city centre. Good dining facilities and parking on the premises. Hotel and room was quiet, clean and well maintained.

  Great customer service

  Liked: Great location, handy to have a car park. Checking in process was easy. Jamie, the supervisor, was very polite and helpful, as it was a great recommendations to go for a Super Room, paid a bit extra for a quieter room, and view of the lake instead of the car park, was definitely worth it.

  Waterside

  Liked: stayed on the very top floor and the room was to standard, had a beautiful water view and could see the swan. the staff were all incredible especially in the bar with Sara going above and beyond. would recommend and definitely stay again
