What is Napoli Centrale?

It is Naples’ central station, on Piazza Garibaldi, with high-speed trains to Rome and Milan. Underneath is the Circumvesuviana, which goes to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Sorrento.

Getting there

Metro line 1 goes to the historic centre and the port, and the Alibus reaches Capodichino airport in about 20 minutes.

In spring, in summer and on long weekends. There is plenty of choice, at lower prices than in the centre.
