Where to stay in Espinaredo: the best areas
The hamlet of the granaries
Espinaredo's few rural houses are among its more than twenty hórreos and paneras, with the Capilla granary in the middle. Staying here you can wander the empty hamlet at sunset and walk out towards La Pesanca and the Moñacos gorge, or along the GR-105. The road from Infiesto is narrow and winding.
Infiesto
Infiesto, the capital of Piloña, about ten minutes away, has shops, restaurants, a railway station and a bit more accommodation.
Arriondas and Cangas de Onís
To get around eastern Asturias, Arriondas, with the Sella canoe descent, and Cangas de Onís, gateway to Covadonga and the Lakes, have much more accommodation about twenty-five minutes away.
